Batwoman star Camrus Johnson promises the DC FanDome event will blow fans' minds.
"Soooooo I just had a walkthrough of DC FANDOM with some other DC actors and y'all that thing is gonna blow your minds. Holy cow," he wrote on Twitter. He added "It's geniussss" in response to Krypton alum Wallis Day, who agreed it was "Cool rightttttt?"
A free 24-hour virtual fan convention, DC FanDome is slated to feature announcements from the worlds of DC Comics, the DC Extended Universe, Arrowverse, DC Universe, WB Games and more. As a main cast member on Batwoman, Johnson will be involved, but it is unclear in what capacity at the time of writing.
In Batwoman, Johnson plays Luke Fox, the son of Batman ally Lucius Fox. Following Bruce Wayne's disappearance, he maintained the Batcave underneath Wayne Tower and protected it from prying eyes -- until Kate Kane found it. He helped her on her journey to becoming Scarlet Knight, using his technological know-how to help her protect Gotham from Alice and the Wonderland Gang.
Although Kate Kane actor Ruby Rose exited the series earlier this summer, it looks like Luke will continue to play a role under Javicia Leslie's Ryan Wilder, the woman who will pick up Kate's mantle in Season 2. Few details are known about the transition, but the DC FanDome event's Arrowverse segment is sure to provide some answers for fans of the series.
DC FanDome launches Saturday, Aug. 22, at 10 a.m. PDT.
